FYI:

  • To use Google Reader, you must have the account first. Google Reader [wikipedia] is used to help you manage your RSS subscription [ kayak kalo langganan koran, Google Reader itu semacem seorang loper koran yang lemparin smua koran yang dilanggananin--sori bahasa kacau :P ]. [I'm a bit bored with Sage, so I decided to use Google Reader...]
  • Mouseless Browsing is a Firefox Add-On which enables you to browse with more use of keyboard. For more information about the guide, visit this page. [I'm getting lazy to move my hand from keyboard to mouse...]

Now what’s the problem with those? I think the combination of both things is very comfortable, esp for people who want to learn using numbers without looking at keyboard.

The first time I used them in Firefox 3 [English version] on Fedora 7, I only could see a list of subscription.

After that, I suspect there was something wrong with the Firefox and Google Reader. I googled and I found someone having problems Google Reader with one of installed Add-Ons [forgot which page... sorry]. Therefore, I suspected there was an Add-On that screwed up the my Google Reader.

And the Add-On is… my favourite Mouseless Browsing.

*So how like dat? I really wan to use both lor…*

Perhaps the problem is clearly seen when the IDs’ display is turned on by default. [This is just my opinion, after I see IDs loading in Friendster takes around 1 to 2 seconds with such condition.]

If I turn off the IDs’ display in Mouseless Browsing [read the guide for the shortcut] and refresh [shortcut: F5 or Ctrl+r] the page, I can read my subscription.

Then, turn on the IDs’ display … and see! Everything is quite ok.
